ePaper Ltd. develops and distributes "All-in-One" Printing Solutions, both software and hardware - Sentinel Print Management Software & Secure Print Release Controllers. ePaper Ltd. products have been developed to offer fully integrated solutions for all print-related activities, from data collection, resource mapping, user and device management and monitoring, application of rules for secure pull printing, data leak prevention, connectivity between systems and sites within the organization and much more besides...
Sentinel will secure your printing, scanning, and copying, but an excellent side-effect of pull printing is that waste is all but eliminated. This means that Sentinel will cut your costs significantly by reducing the waste of paper, toner, and energy - and indeed it will reduce the number of printers you need in the first place.
Print release controllers produced by ePaper Ltd ensure that secure pull printing authentication is possible regardless of existing printer, MFP, MFD, fax or copier device makes, models and specifications. The controllers may be integrated with any type of reader such as may be required and is configured through the SNT Manager or directly through the device controller itself.
Sentinel's embedded solution is a software-based application which is integrated into the Multi-Function Printer (MFP) and uses its panel to operate the system. A USB-connected RFID reader can be used in conjunction with the embedded solution to enable identification of the user via his/her employee ID card.
Single point of control for enterprise-wide monitoring and maintenance of all print jobs and queues, centralized print management for any enterprise.
What is pull printing?
Pull printing is a system where users select and release (pull) their print jobs when they arrive at the printer of their choice, rather than sending a print job from their PC (push) to a pre-specified printer for immediate printing.
Built-in report designer integrates with other organization databases to provide detailed data about printing activity by user, printing device, time of day, etc.
